This is Trailer Inn by the Bay Rockport, TX. My grandparents used to have a little place here when i was young. We would roll down the hill and there was a swing in the oak trees. if you are a close friend, you have been there or heard stories about it. It goes down to the bay and had a pier that I cought many of fish from.....man that was a real get away. It was just a trailer house and a small rv park but I thought that was what a 5 star resort was all about. As you can see today it is being renovated for condos to be placed on the poperty. I visitied this special place the day my grandmother suffered a massive stroke. Being there allowed me to mourn my grandmothers illness. It almost seemed fitting that as she is in her twilight years and close to passing, the place i most associated with her and my grandfather is also close to passing......

Trip to Chicago

We went to chicago last week for Jodi's board exam. had a nice time in the big city! 

It was an especially nice sunset tonight. just had to share this one!
